TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By authorizing services from Faith Auto Repair ("Shop"), you ("Customer") agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. ESTIMATES & AUTHORIZATION
All repair estimates are approximations based on initial diagnostics. The final cost may vary due to unforeseen issues or additional required repairs. Customer authorizes Shop to perform the necessary repairs and understands that additional work may require further authorization.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due in full upon completion of repairs unless prior arrangements are made.
Shop accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and approved financing options through Snap Finance.
Checks are not accepted.
Vehicles will not be released until the full payment has been received.
Unpaid balances will accrue a storage fee of $25 per day after 3 days past the expected pickup date.
4. PARTS & WARRANTIES
New and aftermarket parts may be used at the discretion of the Shop unless Customer requests OEM parts, which may result in additional costs.
Shop offers a 6-month or 6,000-mile limited warranty on parts and labor, whichever comes first, excluding wear-and-tear items and customer-supplied parts.
Warranty is void if repairs are tampered with or performed elsewhere.
5. VEHICLE STORAGE & ABANDONMENT
Vehicles left beyond 3 days after repair completion will incur a storage fee of $25 per day.
Vehicles left unpaid for 6 months will be considered abandoned, and a mechanic's lien will be filed.
6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Shop is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.
Shop is not liable for pre-existing issues, damage unrelated to repairs, or unforeseen complications arising from previous repairs.
Test drives may be necessary for diagnostics and verification of repairs.
7. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED PARTS
Customers may supply their own parts for repairs.
No warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts, and no labor warranty applies to repairs involving these parts.
Shop is not liable for failures due to customer-supplied parts.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes shall first be addressed through direct communication.
9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
Shop reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The latest version will be made available upon request.
